One To One Training

One-to-one private Pilates training allows you to work on certain areas of the body that may need strengthening or lengthening. Whether you are recovering from an injury or training for a particular sporting event, Pilates can assist in helping you to reach your personal goals.

Your initial consultation will include full client health screening (in order to assess your health) and a discussion of goals you may have in mind or any areas that may need attention. Subsequently you will have a training programme designed for your specific needs, enabling you to work on the areas that may need improving.

One-to-one Pilates training is ideal if you are recovering from an injury*, have trouble driving, leaving the home, are looking to enhance your sporting performance, have difficulty finding a suitable class outside of your work schedule, or simply prefer to have individual attention!

To make life convenient for you, your instructor will either travel to your home, or if you prefer, meet you at a convenient venue.

*Always make sure you have been given the go ahead by a Doctor or Physiotherapist, if you are recovering from an injury, or illness.
