Edinburgh Pilates runs several classes in order to fulfil your personal needs: a Pilates mat-based class, one-to-one training sessions, small equipment classes (coming soon), or Pilates-at-Work sessions for groups.
Mat Classes ⇒
There are currently three different types of mat based Pilates classes to choose from, based on your Pilates experience:
- Beginners
- Post Beginners
- Improvers
If you have never tried Pilates before, you should be take the Beginners class. If you are experienced in Pilates you should take the Post Beginners class or the Improvers class, depending on your experience. If in doubt, contact us to discuss which level you should choose
One To One Tuition ⇒
If you are interested in improving a certain area of your body or perhaps recovering from an injury*, you can choose to have personal one-to-one sessions where you will be given a more specific exercise programme designed to suit your needs.
Pilates At Work ⇒
Pilates-at-Work is for those of you who have difficulty finding time to get to a class outside of work commitments. You will need a group of people and a room suitable for the number of participants (Maximum of 12 participants per class).
*If you are recovering from an injury, or are under medical supervision, always make sure your Doctor or Physiotherapist has given you the go ahead to pursue Pilates classes.
